Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Order Fulfillment

Once an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted to schedule delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the area is prepped and ready for the shed to be placed. Delivery may be dependent on weather conditions.

Refunds

All sheds are handmade by a local Amish family. Once the shed has been placed on the customer's site, all sales are final. If a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase and prior to delivery, a full refund minus any credit card processing fees will be issued.

Warranty

All handmade sheds are sold as is with no warranty. If any damage occurs while placing the shed on site, E&S Transport Inc will repair any damages at no cost to the customer.
